The Wapiennik Łaskawy Kamień (The Benevolent Stone Lime kiln) in Stara Morawa and Polskie Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Przyrody “pro Natura” invite for the Bat Night event held on 27th of August in the Wapiennik.

The event programme:

16.00 – 18.20 Family zone with horseshoe painting workshop, and other animation by the LIFE Podkowiec+ staff.
17.00 – 18.20 Manual paper making workshop – paper with bat shapes incrusted
from 16.00 on – Bat handicraft and bat bakery stands
18.30 – 19.00 Tomasz Kokurewicz, PhD, lecture on bats
19.00 Presentation of teh Golden Horseshoe Bat and Land of teh Horseshoe Quality Sign to the laureates. The prizes are part of the LIFE Podkowiec+ project.
19.30-20:30 Lectures, competitions, presentations on bats. Bat watching (monitoring).
