In May, Mrs. Marta Kaczyńska, the Monitor from the European Commission, visited our project site. The aim of the office meeting was to meet the team that carry out the project, get to know the stage of progress of particular issues, get acquainted with the marketing regulations and the documentation to the project.

The second day was wholly dedicated to exploring the bats’ roosts. We visited most important places where project is being launched. We discussed our planned actions to protect particular areas in dolnośląskie and opolskie voivodeships in details. During the time we documented the presence of hundreds of bats in the visited colonies. Mrs M. Kaczyńska, the monitoring body showed great interest in the issues based on content, biology of the bats and cooperation with the buildings’ owners. We thank for the visit, precious remarks and hints.
