The 23rd Polish Bat Conference was held between the 28th and 30th of March in Sypniewo. The meeting brought together about 140 people from Poland and from abroad, representing research institutions, universities, NGOs, the Ministry of Environment, the General Directorate for Environmental Protection and its regional agencies, the State Forests National Forest Holding and landscape parks.
The aim was to exchange experience and share current knowledge about the biology and conservation of bats. Representatives of the PTPP “pro Natura” and the Podkowiec+ project attended the conference and presented a poster promoting the project and describing some of the work already done.
